“The thing to remember when you’re writing is, it’s not whether or not what you put on paper is true. It’s whether it wakes a truth in your reader.” -Charles de Lint

Sold! Yay! High Country Art in Blue Ridge GA sold these during October. Thank you Gary & Robin and thank you to my new collectors. I firmly believe my paintings are made real by people’s love — and I feel that when someone purchases a piece. I am thrilled someone would choose a piece of my art to bring to their home. Thank you!

“Painting is a long road. The beauty to me is in the not knowing where one is going. Perhaps we do not need to understand it all.” -Lawrence Carroll

About Judy Shreve

Blogging for me is like keeping a journal which I have done in various forms since I can remember. But what’s great about this format is it offers an opportunity to explore all the things that interest me as an artist with others.

Blogging seems to strengthen that sense of being part of both something personal and something universal. It takes the journaling idea and expands it through visitor’s comments creating a valuable dialog that connects us to each other no matter where we live.

I enjoy responding to each comment and warmly welcome your visits.
